Or more accurately, body forging as if forging a blade by tempering, folding and hammering, etc.


WARNING: be careful and be mindful that applying forging [Tanzō 鍛造] methods that they are applied to appropriate parts of the body; be careful and be mindful that applying forging methods against certain more vulnerable parts of the body should (must) be avoided because of the potential damage and harm that will occur.
