Telegraphing

Denshin [電信]

When one presents micro expressions and body language that does not fit in the group and/or the environment that triggers an increase in awareness in the further detection of things that don’t fit and tickle the hairs on one’s neck and the fluttering of butterflies 🦋 in one’s stomach.

One only needs to know what does not fit in what they see, hear and experience in the environment in which they are at any given moment; what’s not normal. A low level survival awareness just strong enough to trigger a slightly higher level of the OODA.

One reads intent, observing moves and actions as well as situations, environmental triggers, etc. that cause discomfort and a suspicion of possible conflict and/or violence leaving enough time and distance to evade and avoid.

Reading one’s environment is critical in avoiding conflict and violence so “observe” when something is not right, therefore telegraphing to that person that maybe taking another path is a safe and secure option.  Often, mostly, and intentionally the defense programs teach detection of imminent violence to lead into fighting methodology’s when telegraphing danger, conflict and violence occurs long before that imminent moment of physical contact.
