Karada [体] Rikigaku [力学] (体力学)
Simply, how the mechanical parts of the body work. As an example, knowing the types of joints and how they work, i.e., hinge joints and ball -n- socket joints, etc.
Then there is how they function in conjunction with the entire skeletal system, tendons, cartilage and muscles ( there is no such thing as muscle memory).
Then we add in physics of it all as it, the body, interfaces and interacts with others and the environment, etc.
In short, karada rikigaku, is simply complicated in its simplicity. Then, add in other factors and you will build a dynamic that will make your methods effective, efficient and powerful.
