PR is to minimize energy consumption and expenditure and letting wasteful consumption and expenditure be used by an adversary.
It’s about “pliability,” because positive relaxation is absolute pliability (Jūnansei [柔軟性]).
Mushin [無心] to be free of free from obstructive thoughts. To be pliable one must “free the mind” and attain “mushin” because obstructive thoughts, think monkey brain chatter, create anxieties that bind our muscles and drain our energies thus slowing slow the mind thus body.
Mushin, a state wherein the mind functions freely and easily, without the disturbances of the ego, monkey brain, beating us about our head and shoulders.
I must not fear the ego. Ego is a mind-killer. Ego is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my ego. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. In short, “training the mind to be immune to emotional influences.”
When mastered, the ability of mushin allows one’s mind to be present everywhere because it is present nowhere.
Anything less results in, “psychical blockage (Suki [?]), the exact opposite of mushin.
