The very essence of self and what some might refer to as our soul. Hearing these words will trigger an auto-thought toward things religious in nature and that is natural, to be expected. But, I am going to lead you away and point you in another direction.

Essence, our essence of self may be thought of as, “the basic, real, and invariable nature of a us as self and its significant individual feature or features that literally make each of us, our self.

Self not in the selfish or self-centered form but that kind, moral and personable self centered on the nature of life. Like I said, self of character and personality that is real and connected to nature, the very essence that is our universe and connects us all regardless.

Our essence is our soul that is our self that is interconnected to all life that is fundamentally responsible for our spirit.

It isn’t about some entity we believe resides on some spiritual-like plane where we go after we leave this life but rather a redirect to one’s true self from our hearts.

Another perspective to enhance this concept, spirit, these are the qualities regarded as forming the definitive elements (thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs) in the character of a persons self.

It is that which is developed through courage, intestinal fortitude, hard work 😓 and dedication towards self-development for self, family and our close social collective as nature intended.

Spirit is what I rely on within to answer and guide my path with only kind regard and consideration to others whose intentions of good are given in an advisory way, my spirit of self is and always will be the conscious self-advisor who has final say so in my life … I take full and complete responsibility for my self, my spirit and my nature’s soul till I am done and leave this plane of nature’s way!

This is my belief and know this that all beliefs are like all bottles - all are good for all serve a purpose.
