Remember your muscles have a finite ability in strength, in stability and in regard to fast or slow twitch ability. You can enhance those abilities through enhancing them through proper structure, skeletal alignment and over all balance, etc., in short proper application of principles.
Note: the size of muscles does not necessarily equate to more strength. Using myself as example, I was a muscular, body building type, young Marine But due to a limitation, polio, my strength never fully met the capabilities my larger muscles should have demonstrated yet I adjusted to that limitation via principles applied, etc.
Think physics, currently the laws of physics are immutable and until nature gives it will always have a hard ceiling you will not get past.
None of this degrades the effort we all should adore too and that is a constant testing of our “perceived” limitations because we may not have reached our psychological limits either.
A major psychological limitation, as example, to be aware of and to Tran for is our emotional responses to certain stimuli, I.e., “Strong emotions can be a hindrance if they cause us to pre-judge our situation/environment resulting in either excessive response vs. inadequate response.
Even when you know your limitations remember that there are things you know, things you don’t know AND things you don’t know you don’t know.
