Meaning, "Adherence to the exact letter or the literal sense", where literal means "in accordance with, involving, or being the primary or strict meaning of the word or words; not figurative or metaphorical; exact representation or portrayal, without idealization, as in art or literature; Adherence to the explicit sense of a given text or doctrine.”

I am a literalist, to at least one level not either obsessive or through a perfectionist way of meaning. My level of literalism is meant to ensure proper meaning is conveyed in my writings and teachings and studies and understandings so that later, those who follow have some assurance that what they got is reality - as much reality as humanly possible.
