TWELFTH-DAN (Ju-ni-dan [十二段]) of Okinawan Kihongenzoku Budo

I have decided that with all the hoopla regarding rank, grade or levels and the arguments about who, what, when, where and how one can or cannot wear the black, or other colored yudansha belts, belt that I would take full, complete and utter control over the whole situation so that I can “Dictate” to everyone what they can or cannot wear therefore I declare the following:

I, Charles E. James, present and award the grade-level-rank of Ju-ni-dan, twelfth grade [十二段], in the martial arts in the system or style of “Kihongenzoku Budo [基本原則武道]” to lord over and direct/govern all martial artists regardless of system or style with the last say over any grade, rank or level regardless of said system or style so that all martial artists of Asian, Western and European systems is to wear said recognition of full and complete knowledge of and experience in applying said principle based requirements in their personally egoistically and pride driven need for recognition of progress, accomplishment and beliefs of their prowess in said martial system/style granted this 4th day of December in the year 2014.

As such, all previously awarded grade, level or rank regardless of system or style is hereby revoked until such time as all martial practitioners can prove beyond a doubt they have learned, applied and become efficient in applying principles to what ever technique or techniques or combinations of techniques or of same applied to any and all kata, kihon and application in self-defense, fighting, combatives, competitions and so on especially in regard to all the peripheral learnings such as legal, civil and moral philosophical applications to said studies. All must revert back to twelfth-kyu, ju-ni-kyu, until tested, rated, examined and certified by the Mega-master of Kihongenzoku Budo Ju-ni-dan, me.
